St. Helena-Incarnation Catholic School provides a high-quality, safe, Catholic education in Philadelphia. We welcome students of all faiths, and from any location from across the city. As an independent Catholic school, you do not need to be a member of the parish to become a part of our school family. For your initial admissions meeting, for each student you should bring:
- A birth certificate.
- Full student immunization record from doctor.
- Most recent report card (if available.)
- Student’s IEP (if needed.)
- Please note: Proof of household income will be required for the financial aid application (1040, W-2, benefit documentation, etc.)
To attend school for the current school year, students must be the following ages by September 1st :
- Pre-K 3 students should be 3-years-old.
- Pre-K 4 students should be 4-years-old.
- Kindergarten students should be 5-years-old.
Older students are encouraged to visit the school. Families can tour the school during an Open House, or contact Ms. Yudenia Nunez, our Enrollment Manager, at 215-549-2947, to schedule a private tour.
Three Easy Steps!
We accept applications for Grades Pre-K to 8 at any time of the school year. The application fee is $10 per student.
Our families love us! Most re-enroll for the next school year, so limited space is available in most classes for the 2016-17 school year. Don’t miss out — complete your application online today! Computers and staff are available to help—please call Ms. Yudenia Nunez if you need assistance.
After completing your application, please call the school to schedule a tour, placement testing (Grades 2-8), and an interview with the Principal. During your meeting with school representatives, you will be given a good-faith estimate of your tuition. Unless there is a change in information you provide on your application, or you fail to complete the financial aid information on-line, you can expect your monthly tuition payments to match your estimate.
Acceptance & Enrollment
After you apply online, you will be notified if you have been accepted. You will receive an email with a link to our online enrollment system, myTADS.com to officially enroll. Your child is not guaranteed a seat until this step is completed. There is a $150/family enrollment fee, and you have 10 days to complete the enrollment online. At the end of the enrollment form, you will immediately receive an access code to apply for financial aid in our online system.

All families must apply for financial aid, even if you have received an award from Children’s Scholarship Fund. Financial aid is available to all families who need it, but don’t wait — apply for financial aid as soon as you have enrolled. Not applying for financial aid at that time can mean you will receive a bill for full tuition.
